Job Summary
What You’ll Do
1. Pamphlets & Print Design
• Design and layout the monthly OBC promotional pamphlets and price cards for national roll-out.
• Work with the marketing and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing, correct product images, and brand consistency.
• Manage final artwork for print — making sure it’s colour-correct, neat, and ready on time.
• Create in-store visuals: hanging posters, shelf talkers, till toppers, and fridge branding.
2. Digital & Social Media Content
• Develop eye-catching artwork for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp promotions.
• Translate pamphlet content into digital formats that drive engagement.
• Design short, punchy animations, reels, and promo clips that capture attention fast.
• Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm fun, clever, retail-relevant ideas.
3. Video Production & Editing
• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for campaigns, store openings, staff competitions, and product launches.
• Add music, captions, transitions, and branding overlays that match OBC’s look and energy.
• Keep footage and templates organised for future reuse.
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and franchisees to deliver campaigns that are on-brand and on-time.
• Liaise with printers, suppliers, and video crews when required.
• Handle multiple deadlines (and last-minute changes!) with a smile.
What You Need
• A relevant Graphic or Multimedia Design qualification.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a retail or FMCG
