• Operations & Onboarding: Manage daily administration, tracking links, commission structures, and partner onboarding via RavenTrack.

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new high-performing partners.

• Performance & Analytics: Monitor traffic quality, conversions, FTDs, CPA, ROI, and overall revenue; prepare regular performance reports with actionable growth insights.

• Campaigns & Finance: Negotiate promotional opportunities, coordinate commission calculations, reconciliations, and payments.

• Compliance & Technical Support: Work with internal teams to resolve technical tracking issues and ensure alignment with policies, brand standards, and South African regulatory requirements.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the rollout of broader Playabets marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, Social Media, Creative, and Acquisition teams to deliver projects on schedule.

• Market Research & Innovation: Monitor South African online betting trends and competitor activity to introduce fresh ideas for brand visibility and customer acquisition.

• Analysis & Improvement: Review campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.

• Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills with a solid understanding of online customer acquisition.

• Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with performance data; proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Education: Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Advantageous Experience

  • Direct experience managing affiliate programs or using platforms like RavenTrack.

  • Background in online betting, gaming, e-commerce, or similar high-growth digital industries.

  • Understanding of commercial structures: CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid models.

  • Hands-on exposure to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing attribution.

  • Proven track record working with influencers, digital publishers, and content creators.
