About the role of a Call Centre Agent:
Taking Calls from existing customers who are thinking about purchasing, upgrading or cancelling their subscriptions with their Broadband.
Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 9pm, Monday - Friday also between 8am and 6pm Saturday & Sunday. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week
Previous experience in a sales or a targeted environment is preferred
You will be driven and confident
Able to identify each customer's individual needs and wants and make recommendations based on these
