Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Outreach
Identify and source potential IB partners across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Conduct outreach via Zailab or WhatsApp calls to present company offerings to new and existing clients
Daily Duties
Research and gather relevant information about potential IBs prior to engagement, including:
Type (Broker, Trader, or IB)
Current partnership deals
Total number of clients
Deposits and net deposits
Present and negotiate partnership offers based on IB profiles and business potential
Prepare and send IB Agreements promptly once terms are agreed upon
Reshare and repost IB content across company social media platforms
Distribute marketing materials to IBs weekly via broadcast lists
Relationship Management
Respond to IB queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Collaborate with IBs to develop strategies that increase client acquisition and deposit growth
Conduct weekly check-ins to maintain strong, productive partnerships
Monitor IB activity on social media to ensure consistent promotion of the brand
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all IB partners using personal spreadsheets
Complete and update the Account Managers Tracking Sheet regularly
Monitor IB performance, including total clients and deposit growth, to ensure continuous progress
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, sales, or partnership management (preferably in finance/trading industry)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
