Requirements
- Minimum 5 –7 years’ experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or team - lead role.
- Valid drivers license
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of packaging design, printing processes, and colour management.
- Experience in catalogues, promotional campaigns, and artwork workflows.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines advantageous
- Experience in product - based or retail environments.

Duties
- Team Leadership and Department Management
- Oversee and lead a department of three employees.
- Manage the team’s daily workflow, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, performance feedback, and skills development.
- Ensure adherence to all internal design processes, procedures, and approval steps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between Departments.
- Maintain a productive, organised, and positive working environment.
- End-to-End Workflow Management
- Oversee the complete graphic design workflow for all projects.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for tracking progress, revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure all stages of the product life cycle that involve graphic input are followed correctly.
- Perform quality checks on all artwork before submission, production, or publication.
- Design Responsibilities
- Lead and execute package design, including liaising with suppliers to design, finalise,
- and approve artwork.
- Design, manage and produce the annual product catalogue.
- Manage monthly promotional design, from concept through to implementation across platforms.
- Create signage as required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing collateral.
- Supplier and Production Coordination
- Work directly with suppliers on artwork approvals, packaging specifications, die lines, sampling, and corrections.
- Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications and production requirements.
- Technical and Equipment Management
- Oversee and maintain all digital and design - related equipment.
- Ensure software is up to date and compatible across the department.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate support where needed.
