Looking for Potential Rental Agents residing in PTA North and surrounding area
• Training on documentation and systems are provided at the office by team leader
• Assistance from team leader on making of appointments telephonically and viewings
1. Commission based only. Currently best commission structure in the market
2. A target of 4 deals per month is given to all agents to ensure that a well generated income is secured
3. Working hours are from 8:00 – 16:00 excluding viewings after hours
• Administration and maintenance department is located at the office to assist agents with all necessary support
• Inspections are done by office staff, not agents
• Unlimited telephones and Wi-Fi are provided at office for business use
• For all other support the team leader is available.
• Own car and Laptop essential
