Job Summary
Junior Administrator required for property industry client based in East London.
You will be responsible for performing diverse and complex administrative support duties and responsibilities which include working with highly confidential information, assisting with facilitating deal governance processes and maintaining deal management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to include scheduling and calendar management, handling mail, filing, ordering supplies, travel arrangements, expense reporting, preparing drafts of correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage high levels of internal and external meetings to ensure all logistics, i.e., conference rooms, venue, telecommunications equipment, catering, etc., and meeting materials are planned and executed efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage calendars and assist in resolving meeting schedule constraints.
- Manage confidential information flow within the organization, exercising a high level of discretion.
- Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries, filtering and managing requests, providing information through independent research and use of internal/external resources.
- Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings and/or events, developing agendas, compiling reports, creating meeting minutes and presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior management
- Grade 12
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, MS Teams and SharePoint)Acquisitions/finance/mergers experience (advantageous)
- Property industry experience (advantageous)
