We are looking for a customer Support Agent to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Successful candidate will make sure you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures
Duties
Help customers identify their needs and by use specific features
Report product malfunctions and analyze the problem
Update customers about new functionalities and features
Train junior Customer Support Rep
Update database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients
Share effective workarounds and feature requests with team members
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
Skills
Experience as a Client Support Specialist. Candidate without experience will be trained
Able to multi-tasking
Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
Grade 11 and 12. Diploma public relation or similar
