Job Summary
Key responsibilities
- Managing executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating board meetings, committee meetings, workshops, and special events
- Preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
- Managing databases, records, filing systems, and organisational calendars
- Liaising with service providers and coordinating office administration activities
- Assisting with the planning and execution of annual events and conferences
- Supporting multiple departments, including finance and human resources
Minimum requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an executive support, executive assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- A proactive, professional, and solution-driven approach
