Strong communication skills — confident and clear on the phone. Comfortable speaking to decision-makers and asking good questions.
Experience in a business environment (customer service, admin, internal support, sales, or supplier contact).
Organised, reliable, and able to follow a process.
Tech-savvy — can use email, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Your own laptop (i5 Core, 8GB RAM), webcam, and reliable internet.
Sales experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.
