The Role:
As a Customer Fulfilment Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end journey of client orders.
From capturing orders to coordinating manufacturing, tracking stock, and scheduling deliveries, you will ensure that client expectations are consistently met.
You will work closely with internal teams while maintaining professional communication with clients, proactively identifying challenges, and resolving them to keep operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in owning critical processes that directly impact client satisfaction and company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full lifecycle of client orders, from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor stock levels and 48-hour delivery targets, resolving issues proactively.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, managing expectations and satisfaction.
