A well-established company based in Randburg require a self-motivated, target driven individual to join our sales team as a Call Centre Managers, to manage teams of 10-15 call Centre agents including team leaders and floor managers. All applicants must have previous outbound managing experience.
As a Call Centre Manager you must be able to support your call centre. The Call Centre Manager will be responsible for all success on their floor by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individuals and team’s objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
•Monitor Teams performance and activity.
•Keeping up to date with company strategies and new developments.
•Ensuring that the Teams and junior managers are always 100% up to date with company strategies and new developments.
• Ensuring that the Teams are all selling using the standards set by management.
• Ensuring that changes in the product and techniques are communicated efficiently and timeously to all members/agents.
•Ensuring that changes are implemented effectively within the set time frames.
•Understand and communicate the effect of the quality of the sales on the revenue of the company.
