Job Summary
Must lead from the front in selling units and motivate the team to meet desired targets. Develop and manage sustainable relationships with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence. Development and implementation of benchmarked practices, which build service delivery excellence and encourage all team members to provide exceptional customer service. Continuously analysing customer behaviour, competitor behaviour, market and economic conditions and adjusting the sales approach. Create an engaging, enabling and productive organisational culture through mentoring and coaching. Adhere to good corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics principles. Support the development and approval of a dealership budget with the Dealer Principal, which is aligned to shareholder expectations, OEM forecasts, financial institutions requirements, market conditions and taking into account all business units/ functions needs and objectives within the company. Evaluation of all trade ins with the use of the appropriate tools such as Bid4Cars. Managing the recondition process and costs. Ensuring vehicles are sales ready, correctly priced and advertised. Management of every lead through CMS. Management of inventory and stock.
