Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Director of Lead Intelligence & Sales Operations. This role will strategically lead our sales lead infrastructure, taking full ownership of lead quality, compliance, and prioritization workflows. The goal is to ensure every lead routed to sales is timely, accurate, and optimized for conversion.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Compliance to build smart, scalable systems. These systems will prioritize high-value opportunities, eliminate waste, and maintain data integrity for peak sales team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management Strategy: Design and oversee the lead lifecycle (acquisition through disposition), including clear criteria for scoring, grading, segmentation, and routing.
Compliance Oversight: Maintain full DNC (Do Not Call) compliance across all lead sources and tools, proactively removing ineligible records and ensuring state/federal standards are met.
Prioritization Engine: Build frameworks to dynamically prioritize leads based on factors like recency, geography, venue value, buyer intent, and sales team focus areas.
CRM Oversight & Data Hygiene: Own the integrity of the CRM lead database. Regularly audit for duplicates, bad data, and lead decay. Implement and enforce SOPs for lead tagging and status updates.
