Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes, customer requirements and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and implementation plans.
• Conduct trend and performance analysis, turning complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Develop business cases and solution proposals that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Lead business solution projects from initiation through to implementation, managing scope, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Use Business Intelligence and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify risks and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and BI teams to develop and enhance dashboards, reporting requirements and technology-enabled solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored solutions that improve service delivery.
• Support Commercial and Sales teams during customer presentations and solution discussions.
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Operations, IT, Customer Experience, Business Excellence and Commercial teams.
• Facilitate workshops and solution-design sessions while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and the implementation of business analysis and project management best practices.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience across Business Analysis, Business Solutions, Commercial Support, Process Improvement and/or Project Management.
• Experience within logistics, courier, transportation or supply chain environments is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and confidently present business solutions.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence and reporting environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes.
