Undergraduate degree or diploma in relevant field; preferably data analytics
3 +- years’ experience in FMCG or agile and fast-paced environment preferred
Attributes required
Strong capability in Insights, Category Management, Sales, and brand experience beneficial
Extremely strong analytical skills, based on relevant knowledge and use of market data and applicable software packages
Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to explain and translate complex concepts into meaningful insights and action for the business in oral and written forms.
Proven skills in unearthing insights to drive strategy, identify growth opportunities, trends, innovation & advertising development
Problem-solving abilities
Technical Skills Requirements
Data flows management of the required input sources
Database Management experience of external data sources
360 Database management of external data sources preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (all tools)
Excel - Advanced
Experience in one of the top 5 leading BI Applications & visualization tools
Power BI (preferably)
