The successful candidate must have the following attributes & skills:
- Be a people person who has a passion for sales and constantly strives to deliver excellent Customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales
- 5+ years’ experience in the retail industry
- Strong financial acumen:
o Dealing with cash-ups
o Fault finding and resolution
o Checks and balances
- Good understanding of FIFO, stock rotation and shelve discipline
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in managing a team of people
- Ability to train and motivate employees
- Must have reliable transport
- Be a go-getter and have a proven record of showing initiative
- Have a good understanding of the accountability model
- No unusual, inexplicable or pattern forming gaps in working history
- Must have a Matric certificate
