Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Experience within a technical sales environment advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM systems and practices
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field advantageous
Responsibilities:
External Sales and Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
- Promote and sell products and services to prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes
- Conduct customer needs analysis and provide suitable solutions
- Expand existing customer accounts and increase revenue opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver client presentations tailored to customer needs
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively
- Act as the communication link between customers and internal departments
- Provide regular customer feedback to management
Reporting and Administration
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Track sales performance and territory activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support branch administration and operational functions
- Maintain CRM records and customer information accurately
