Job Description:
Preparing detailed sales reports
Growing existing sales areas and actively identify new business opportunities
Analyzing sales data and trends to drive performance and improve sales strategies
Developing and executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives
Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
Ensuring sales policies, procedures, and company values are upheld
Monitoring competitor activities and market developments
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification & Skills
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in wholesale/retail
5 - 8 years' experience in sales
Stable track record
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
