Job Description
Growing existing business in allocated territories while identifying new growth opportunities
Driving new business acquisition and develop long term customer relations
Managing and developing a team of up to 12 sales representatives
Preparing and presenting accurate sales reports
Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical selling, and professionalism at all times
Assisting in setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company goals
Qualification & Skills
Minimum of a Matric qualification
Must have proven experience in Business development and Sales management
Must have a valid drivers license and willing to travel as needed
