Job Summary
A well-established company based in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous internal sales experience, enjoy working with the public and be a positive, team-oriented individual.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Previous experience in an internal sales role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident and professional when dealing with the public
Computer literate
Good telephone etiquette
Team player with a positive and helpful approach
Good administrative and organisational skills
Duties May Include
Assisting customers telephonically and in-store
Providing customers with product and service information
Generating quotations and processing invoices
Following up on customer enquiries and sales
Maintaining positive customer relationships
Assisting with general internal sales administration
Supporting the sales team and working collaboratively with colleagues
