Briefly I am looking for someone who can help me with sales and the many administrative and other tasks of running a business.
Ideally the candidate should be:
• Tech-Savvy.
• Located in Alberton.
• Ideally between 23 and 30.
• A self-starter able to work without me checking in on them every 10 minutes.
• Organized and accurate in admin and all other tasks.
• Persistent and motivated.
• Well spoken, friendly person.
• Attention to detail is an important attribute that I am looking for.
Along with other things, the candidate will be helping me with:
• General Sales Duties in both companies, including but not limited to:
o Answering incoming calls.
o General Sales.
o Making appointments.
o Building relationships.
o Follow-up and cold Sales calls.
o Counter sales for both companies.
o Updating customers on the progress of their orders.
o Marketing.
• Stock control for all the companies.
• Basic accounting, administration and logistic duties.
• Production and despatch control.
• Vehicle and asset supervision.
• Collaboration between companies.
• CRM duties.
Candidates will be required to complete written evaluation which for example will include basic life skill mathematical questions relevant to selling quantities by each, hundred or kilogram, calculating VAT and discounts.
