Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update all vehicle stock records on the Dealer Management System.
- Process vehicle invoicing and ensure complete documentation accuracy.
- Manage vehicle receiving, inspection, and movement tracking.
- Reconcile stock with floorplan finance providers and accounting records.
- Ensure accurate system updates for vehicle status (in stock, sold, delivered, etc.).
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist with audits.
- Capture and manage used vehicle purchases, trade-ins, and costing records.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, manufacturer standards, and audit requirements.
- Support sales administration, including filing, reporting, and ancillary controls.

REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) required; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- 2–5 years’ experience in dealership stock control
- Strong Dealer Management System and MS Excel skills
- Solid understanding of stock control and accounting principles
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
