Job Summary
Duties:
Act as the HR Business Partner to Support Office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
Support employee relations matters in a non-unionised environment, ensuring fairness and defensibility.
Coach leaders on managing performance, behaviour, and engagement in line with organisational values.
Group HR Enablement & Property HR Support:
Support and enable Property HR Business Partners with guidance, structure, and group standards.
Promote consistent application of HR frameworks, policies, and practices across properties.
Provide advisory input on performance management, employee relations, and complex people matters.
Payroll Oversight, Workforce Data & Reporting:
Coordinate and validate payroll inputs for the group and consolidated group reporting.
Ensure alignment between HR data, payroll outputs, and financial reporting.
Identify trends and risks through data analysis and translate these into actionable insights.
Employment Equity, Skills & Statutory Reporting:
Own EE data accuracy and group-level consolidation.
Support Property HR teams with EE interpretation and risk management.
Prepare EE submissions, dashboards, and statutory reports.
Support Skills Development tracking and reporting.
Governance & Compliance:
Support compliance with BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity Act, POPIA, and internal policies.
Ensure audit-ready people data and reporting discipline.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Group HR processes and standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full HRBP or HR generalist role within a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, particularly BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity.
Demonstrated experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting.
Strong analytical capability and professional judgement.
