Job Summary
Duties:
Creative & Graphic Design:
Develop creative concepts and visual content across all properties and brands.
Produce artwork for digital and print campaigns, promotions, advertisements, presentations, brochures and marketing collateral.
Maintain brand consistency while ensuring content remains fresh, contemporary and engaging.
Adapt creative content for different platforms, audiences and formats.
Social Media & Content:
Develop and implement engaging social-media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as emerging relevant platforms.
Create engaging digital content.
Develop content calendars and campaigns around seasonal opportunities, promotions, events and property experiences.
Write or contribute to compelling captions, headlines and digital copy.
Monitor social-media performance and use insights to continually improve content.
Stay abreast of current social-media trends, algorithms, formats and best practices.
Photography & Videography:
Photographic experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
Identify opportunities for authentic, spontaneous and engaging content rather than relying solely on traditional property imagery.
Edit and repurpose content for multiple digital platforms.
Digital Innovation:
Keep up to date with AI, emerging technologies, digital marketing tools, social-media trends and new content platforms.
Explore and introduce new tools and ideas that can improve the group’s marketing output and efficiency.
Be curious about what is coming next in the digital space and proactively bring new ideas to the team.
Website & Digital Marketing:
Assist with keeping website content, imagery, promotions and digital assets current and visually engaging.
Support digital marketing campaigns, email marketing and other online initiatives where required.
Ensure digital content is accurate, relevant and aligned with the group’s brand positioning.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification or proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related creative field.
Strong graphic-design skills and knowledge of relevant design software.
Demonstrable social-media experience, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social-media analytics.
Experience within hospitality, tourism, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands.
Experience with AI and emerging creative technologies.
Basic understanding of website content management, SEO and email marketing.
Experience with paid social-media advertising.
Naturally creative with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.
Digitally curious and genuinely interested in social media, technology and emerging trends.
Confident creating both static and video content.
Comfortable working across multiple social-media platforms.
Proactive, energetic and able to generate ideas rather than simply wait for instructions.
Commercially minded and able to understand that great content should ultimately support the business.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
Organised and capable of managing multiple brands, deadlines and projects simultaneously.
Passionate about hospitality, travel, lifestyle, food, wildlife and experiences.
Comfortable experimenting, testing new ideas and learning new platforms and tools.
Thrives in a team environment and actively contributes to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
Must have their own reliable vehicle and a valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
Must be willing to work occasional weekends where required due to operational requirements.
Must be willing and able to travel to the various hotels and properties within the group as required.
May be required, from time to time, to stay overnight at one of the group’s properties when operational requirements necessitate it.
