Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience, specifically within the Engineering | Manufacturing or related Industry
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management required
- Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) accreditation and experience will be highly advantageous
- Proficient in SAP and Sage 300 People essential
- Experienced with Managing Labour Legislations within a Unionised environment including Collective Bargaining and Dispute Resolution
- Strong knowledge of HR Legislation and Best Practices required
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
- Annual CTC of R 600K, based on experience
- Includes Provident Fund
