Job Summary
Manage and maintain the existing supplier accounts, including product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and order processing. Monitor and respond to platform queries, returns, and customer ratings/reviews relating to the marketplace accounts.
Ensure listings remain accurate and up to date across descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels.
Support the onboarding of an additional supplier account including account setup, documentation, and initial product listing creation;
Assist with research, documentation, and application processes for onboarding our businesses onto additional platforms;
Liaise with platform representatives during onboarding and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
Coordination
Act as the day-to-day point of coordination with the internal resource responsible for the Marketplace site.
Help align product information, pricing, and promotions on the marketplace site with activity across marketplace platforms.
Track basic performance metrics across platforms (sales, stock levels, order fulfilment, ratings) and report regularly to the Managing Director.
Maintain organised records of platform agreements, account information, and onboarding documentation.
Liaise with internal sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure online orders;
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, business)
1–2 years' retail/online environment experience.
