This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced firearms and outdoor industry professional to take ownership of a new branch, build a high-performing team, and contribute to the continued growth of one of South Africa's emerging firearms, hunting, and outdoor retailers. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day branch operations. Lead, train, and motivate branch staff. Ensure compliance with all applicable firearms legislation and company policies. Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets. Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier relations. Deliver exceptional customer service and customer retention. Handle branch administration, reporting, and operational planning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, hunting associations, sport shooting communities, and local businesses. Maintain a safe, secure, and professional retail environment. Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 (Matric) - Valid South African driver's license - Minimum 3 years' management experience in the firearms, hunting, outdoor, retail, or a related industry - Valid Fire.Error!
