Job Summary:
We are looking for a Code A Bike Driver to join our team in the Western Cape. As a Code A Bike Driver, you will report to the Operations Manager / Line Manager and be responsible for transporting passengers, goods, and documents.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times.
- Transport passengers, goods, and documents as required.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
- Keep the vehicle clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, and trip records.
- Plan routes and ensure punctual arrivals and deliveries.
- Report accidents, delays, and incidents promptly.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and confidential approach.
Key Competencies:
At least 2 years' driving experience. Good knowledge of local roads and GPS/navigation. Clean and responsible driving record. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Other key competencies include reliability, safety awareness, time management, professionalism, good communication, integrity, and attention to detail.Qualifications and Skills:
No specific qualification types or qualifications required. However, candidates should possess the necessary skills and experience for the role.This is a permanent, mid-career position in Wholesale & Retail Trade.
