We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented E-commerce & Shopify Administrator to join our clients team. You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our online store—ensuring products are listed accurately, orders are processed seamlessly, and customers enjoy a flawless shopping experience.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage everything from product uploads and promotions to reporting and customer queries, while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Maintain and optimise the Shopify store (products, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory).
Process online orders, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.
Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers/support.
Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and basic theme customisations.
Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure SEO‑friendly product descriptions and effective on‑site merchandising.
Handle customer queries via email, chat, or social platforms.
Generate and analyse reports on sales, traffic, and customer behaviour.
Ensure compliance with payment gateways, courier partners, and data protection standards.
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches.
Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce
Shopify admin proficiency (products, orders, apps, themes).
