JUNIOR ADMIN. CONTROLLER (ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR) / PAARL – Applicant from the Retail Clothing or FMCG Industry will take preference.
- Minimum requirements
- Matric
- NQF5 in retail or business administration (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 – 5 years relevant sales/cashier environment
- Analytical thinker
- Finance management
- Customer focus
- Decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Planning and organizing
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily banking, cash-ups, and float controls
- Maintain store records, files, and reports
- Authorize transactions and oversee lay-bys and RTS processes
- Conduct regular spot checks on cashiers and cash floats
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards
- Assist and train staff in Customer Service
- Manage staff performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions
Salary – Market related
Undertakings: Criminal & Credit checks; Qualification verification, assessments, and relevant training
Salary: Market related (depending on experience)
