Duties:
Monitor and improve store sales and profitability
Implement operational policies and procedures
Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven planning and organizational abilities
Good understanding of financial controls and stock management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
