Information about the company We are a well established foodservice equipment supplier based in the Fordsburg, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Sales Representative. We have been operating in the industry for more than 20 years and aim to expand our footprint countrywide. Experience in the foodservice/catering industry is not required but can improve candidates chances of success. Job Description The candidate will be required to assist walk-in customers, answer call queries and respond to emails. Generate quotes, sales orders and invoices Work with stock department when ordering products that aren’t stocked Assist customers with equipment training and understanding of what they require After sales assistance i.e. warranty explanation/guidance, delivery charges, returns and exchanges Skills: Retail sales or Wholesale experience Good Communication Fluent in at least 2 languages Ability to read and write Computer Literacy including basic understanding of MsWord, MsExcel and MsOutlook Basic arithmetic Customer Service Training/Knowledge Job Requirements The ideal candidate should have between 2-5 years sales experience with a basic understanding of customer service. The candidate must be capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Own transportation to and from work.Error!
