Our client is in the retail industry and has an opportunity for an Outbound Campaign Consultant.
- Sales confidence when dealing with others is a must.

- Continuously be on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years Outbound, Cold calling experience.
- Must have sales skills and be able to close a deal with a customer.
- Understand cost prices, selling prices, gross profits and mark-up calculations.
- Understand the contract pricing, buyout costing and book prices.
- Be able to deal with customer complaints and follow through to the end.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Calling potential customers to inform them of products, services, promotions and offers.
- Calling existing customers to recommend product upgrades, promotions, renewals, add-ons or new, unrelated purchases.
- Revive dormant clients, follow up with inactive clients.
- Deliver and follow prepared text, regarding products, to revive customers.
- Responsible for complete territory management by ensuring all customer details are correct and updated.
- Complete daily calls.
- Meet targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Follow call-cycles to liaise with customers regularly.
- Ensure that the order validation process is followed correctly.
- Follow sales campaigns to increase revenue, activations and market share.
- Follow up on sales quotes and negotiate prices.
- Follow the companies processes and procedures.
