A well-established retail company based in East London is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Provide full executive and administrative support to senior management
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendas
Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Assist with special projects and general office administration
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
Minimum RequirementsMatric (tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field advantageous)
Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Valid driver's licence advantageous
