Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for all the operational aspects of running the mall and the management of all cores operational staff, including handymen, service providers etc.
The role will require one to work weekends, public holidays and after hours as and when required due to operational matters needing attention.
Qualifications & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or similar.
Proven track record of operations management and performance management in a retail centre management environment.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the property facilities management industry.

Proficiency in the management of relevant operations management systems.
Proficiency in the retail space.

MS Office: MS Word – Intermediate

Mostly office based, limited travelling may be required.
