Job Summary
A well-established and fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Directors and ensure the smooth running of executive and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential executive and personal assistance to the management team
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups
- Act as a key liaison between executives, stakeholders, and service providers
- Supervise and coordinate support staff and administrative functions
- Manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Assist with the coordination of corporate events and functions
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
