Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to support a national logistics operation with a bike rollout project aligned to new COA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operational teams and Area Managers regarding drivers scheduled for bike allocation
- Facilitate and explain lease agreements to drivers (individually or in groups)
- Ensure all lease documentation is accurately completed and signed
- File and upload lease agreements against driver profiles
- Complete bike handover documentation with drivers
- Liaise with fleet to obtain required documentation for COA submissions per store
- Ensure all processes are followed accurately end-to-end
Minimum Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to understand and explain contract/lease terms clearly
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Own transport essential
