Job Summary
Purpose of the Job:
This role plays an instrumental role across business and delivery teams to ensure that solutions are delivered according to the business requirements considering cost, user and organisation benefit. The nature of projects in this role are generally across domains, high profile and complex in nature demanding expert business, process and technology perspectives and recommendations.

Knowledge and Application:
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree with 5 to 8 years related experience
- Advanced Business Analysis certification, CBAP, AAC or similar
- Facilitation or Coaching qualification (Desirable)
Experience:
- Experience working within all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Business Process Management experience
- Facilitation or Coaching qualification / experience
- Business understanding of the broader retail industry
- Aris experience
- SAP FI experience
- A strong financial background Experience in the Retail industry Ideally also experience in working with rebates, pricing and cost conditions.
- Min 3 years Business Analysis experience
- Min 1-2 years SAP FI / SAP Retail experience
- Accounting qualification or min 5 years in Accounting role
- Min 2 years Retail experience
Awareness/understanding of:
- The regulatory framework in which an organisation may operate
- Financial compliance analysis to support financial operations activities including accounting and internal controls
- Legislative compliance potentially relevant to an organisation
- Internal Audit and regulatory audits
- The basic principles of the King IV Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa. Compliance Governance, also referred to as Compliance Risk Management (“CRM”). CRM forms an integral part of Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”)
