Job Summary

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Manage store performance to meet and exceed business targets
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational excellence
Maintain sound financial controls and oversee stock management

Duties:

Monitor and improve store sales and profitability
Implement operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven planning and organizational abilities
