A dynamic manufacturing and distribution business within the home textiles industry is looking for driven, energetic and relationship-focused Sales Representatives to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hunter-type salesperson who enjoys building relationships, securing new business and growing existing accounts within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth across sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, wholesale, education, automotive and independent clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Conduct client visits, presentations and sales negotiations
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share within the region
- Work closely with internal departments including production, logistics and marketing
- Monitor market trends and provide customer feedback
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions and trade events
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ external B2B sales experience
- Manufacturing or textile industry experience advantageouS
- Proven ability to secure and grow new business
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office & ERP systems advantageous)
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
