Job Summary
Responsibilities
- End-to-end electronic hardware of LRUs — from concept through production
- Schematic design, simulation, PCB layout and routing using Altium
- Leading and participating in peer design reviews
- Technical leadership and mentorship of junior engineers
- Cross-functional collaboration with software, mechanical, DSP, RF and aeronautical teams
- Hardware testing, validation and qualification to industry and military standards
- Troubleshooting complex analog, digital and communication circuit issues
- Ensuring compliance with formal hardware design and documentation processes
- BEng / MEng in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- 10+ years’ experience (15+ preferred)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Altium and LTspice (or similar)
- Deep experience in analog, digital and communications hardware design
- Ability to work independently and follow structured design processes
- Own transport
