Our client, a properties specialist in the development leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate, is seeking a Maintenance Artisan to join our team
Duties:
- Maintenance of all machinery.
- Preventative maintenance of all machinery.
- Diagnosing
- Sourcing and assisting in procuring parts.
- Assemble and dissemble
- Minor Welding
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification or Certifications in electrical and or pneumatic work, demonstrating competency for maintenance of Aluminium Machinery
- Experience on working on Pneumatic and Electrical Manufacturing Machinery.
- Ideally Aluminium Manufacturing Machinery.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience or more in welding and wire.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance is crucial
