The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee the performance of the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent client service. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to achieve business targets in residential and/or commercial property markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to maximize performance.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies.
Ensure adherence to legal and company procedures in all transactions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Handle escalations and complex client negotiations.
Ensure excellent customer service and high client satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
NQF Level 5/6 in Real Estate or related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license or registration (as per local regulations).
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
