Job Summary
RENTAL AGENT
LOCATION – EAST LONDON
SALARY – R10,000 Basic + commission
MUST HAVE VALID CODE 08, PLUS OWN VEHICLE
COMPANY WILL PROVIDE – Laptop, Cell phone, Fuel allowance
UNDERTAKINGS – Criminal and Credit check
WORKING HOURS – Willingness to work flexible hours when required, including occasional weekends, otherwise normal office hours will apply
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for property and understand the importance of delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants. They must be proactive, confident in securing rental placements and capable of managing the rental process from the initial enquiry through to tenant placement and ongoing property management.Commercially minded will be beneficial.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Previous experience in property rentals, estate agency or property administration
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Good understanding of rental processes and lease agreements.
