PROPERTY MANAGER – EPPING INDUSTRIAL
Salary: R30 000 – R40 000 CTC (depending on experience)
Position Type: Office Based
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and industrial properties based in Epping Industrial.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of residential and industrial properties
- Tenant relationship management, leases, renewals, and rent collection
- Coordination of maintenance, inspections, contractors, and repairs
- Budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensuring legal, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Oversight of renovations, upgrades, and property improvements
- Liaison with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations
- Financial and budgeting experience
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
- Own reliable transport (essential)
