Job Summary
Manage the wholistic maintenance of the building .manage site foreman and staff on site
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Define staffing requirements, hire, develop and retain staff of maintenance technicians.
Develop preventive maintenance actions and schedules in accordance with clients recommendations.
Ensure equipment and facility support systems are maintained in operation as required to support business operations in accordance with company and customer SLAs.
Act as liaison to corporate facilities groups and serve as primary point of contact to client.
Maintain log/database of all Service contracts for any and all supported equipment .Oversees facility renovations.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree , related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years in facilities management environment
Languages and Communication Skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
Ability to write reports,
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management.
Computer literate
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to develop short and long-range project planning, and effectively communicate information to diverse work groups.
Ability to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time–sensitive deadlines.
