A growing waterproofing company is looking for a hands-on, energetic and responsible Team Leader to lead a team of 4–5 employees and take ownership of waterproofing projects from start to finish.
This is not a desk-based supervisory role. We are looking for a go-getter and self-starter who sees what needs to be done and gets involved — without waiting to be told.
The successful candidate will lead from the front, work alongside the team, climb roofs, perform physical work and take responsibility for the quality, productivity and completion of projects.
