MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
National Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent safety qualification (NQF Level 6)
OH&Sms Systems Auditor Accredited.
A minimum of 5 years’ Chief Safety Officer or equivalent exposure and 5 years management experience.
Registration with the relevant Health and Safety affiliation
Experience performing Internal workshop/site inspections and HSQ management system audits – PLEASE INDICATE CLEARLY ON CV
Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Valid drivers’ license
ADVANTAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Management Development Programme (MDP) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the mining industry i.e. underground or opencast.
