Job Summary
Administrative Officer position available at a newly establish in-patient alcohol and drug rehabilitation centre in Soshanguve.
Requirements:
• A Grade 12 certificate and at least 2 years’ administrative experience
• Preferably resides in Soshanguve
• Diploma in office administration will be an advantage
• Strong skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, communication (written/verbal), and
multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Manages daily office operations, providing clerical and administrative support to
ensure organizational efficiency.
• Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings,
maintaining records, handling office supplies, and assisting with financial or HR tasks.
• Coordinating office activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and
maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Drafting documents, managing, filing systems, taking meeting minutes, and preparing
reports
• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Monitoring inventory, ordering office supplies, and ensuring equipment maintenance.
• Updating databases and personnel records.
